OverviewJob Title: Senior Business Analyst – Client Change PracticeLocation: Limerick (3 days onsite per week)Contract Duration: ASAP until end of October, with strong extension potentialRate: Competitive daily rate in eurosThe Client Change Practice group partners closely with Clients, Client Implementations, Worldwide Technology, Operations, Relationship Management, and Product teams to deliver effective change management from initiation through implementation and benefits realisation.The group is accountable for programme management, project management, client change, business consultancy, and business analysis, driven by strategic initiatives, client-led change, regulatory requirements, and operational efficiency objectives.This is a high-growth area of the business with a substantial and active pipeline of work, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to complex, high-impact change initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesDefining, coordinating, and delivering development and process enhancements in line with agreed specifications and the project lifecycleWorking closely with clients and internal stakeholders to analyse, scope, and document business improvementsPreparing and maintaining detailed project plans, managing deliverables against milestones, and tracking overall progress in line with governance standardsManaging deliverable reviews and securing timely sign-offEnsuring Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) are well documented, detailed, and reviewed and approved in a timely mannerIdentifying, documenting, and actively managing risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating to programme management with proposed solutions where requiredProactively identifying and implementing process and productivity improvements to drive efficiency, improve client satisfaction, and reduce costsEnsuring all dockets are completed accurately, business requirements are clearly defined, and UAT is completed on time with appropriate supporting evidenceIndependently reviewing business requirements and preparing feasibility and cost-effectiveness proposals as neededCompleting and reviewing all required SDLC documentation, supporting testing activities, and assisting with implementation and rolloutSkills and QualificationsSignificant experience in Business Analysis, ideally within a funds environment, preferably Transfer AgencyStrong familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall development methodologiesProven ability to communicate effectively with senior-level stakeholders and influence decision-makingDemonstrated experience building and maintaining strong working relationships across all organisational levels and with external clientsExcellent interpersonal, consultancy, and stakeholder management skillsStrong organisational and time management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple competing prioritiesAdvanced proficiency in MS Project, with strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePointThis contract role offers a competitive daily rate, exposure to complex and high-profile change initiatives, and the opportunity to work within a dynamic and fast-growing team, with onsite collaboration in Limerick three days per week.
