Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Golf Concierge Agent at Portmarnock Resort & Jameson Golf Links. The Golf Concierge Agent will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests, managing golf bookings and providing expert knowledge of other golf courses and experiences in the area. The candidate will facilitate communication between staff and guests to ensure a seamless golfing experience.
Qualifications
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
* Knowledge of Golf and the golfing industry
* Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
* Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
