This role involves scheduling maintenance calls and coordinating customer call outs, managing orders and invoices, assisting with accounting and financial tasks, and performing various duties.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized and efficient with a proven track record in a similar role. Relevant qualifications are advantageous, but not essential.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
* Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles is also necessary.
