Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for a highly skilled Construction Project Lead to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of construction projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Establish and maintain procedures with design teams, clients, and subcontractors for information flow, approvals, meetings, and reporting.
2. Record all daily activities, relevant information, and occurrences in site management systems.
3. Comply with ISO company procedures.
4. Report to the management team on the programme schedule and ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and building standards.
5. Undertake surveys and ensure engineering details are being followed on-site.
6. Supervise subcontractors and check the quality of works.
7. Conduct document reviews, scheduling, and attend site meetings to ensure overall compliance with the building schedule.
8. Report to the Project Manager and senior management team on all aspects of engineering relating to the project.
9. Manage and provide training to junior staff and engineers.
10. Ensure compliance with agreed construction methods, particularly those relating to Quality Assurance and Health & Safety.
11. Manage project close-out, including securing warranties, guarantees, and acceptance of work, subcontract, and vendor closing, including as-built submissions.
12. Set out using total station and GPS equipment.
