Overview
Purpose Of Role: Provide a support service to the site as part of the CBRE team. Ensure all work requests are carried out in a Safe and Professional Manner. Ensure that all work is compliant with site, national and global Quality, Safety, Environmental and GMP requirements.

Reporting to: CBRE Operations Manager
Responsibilities
* Respond to emergency breakdowns across the site where a Carpenter is required.
* Complete all minor site civil works, including building, walls, plastering, pothole/concrete repair, etc.
* Assist with other trades as necessary.
* Complete all carpentry works on site, specifically door maintenance and office furniture repairs.
* Repair equipment, building fabric, etc. as quickly as possible.
* Carry out work generated on work requisition (non-urgent work jobs) to meet service level agreements.
* Liaise and communicate with end users to determine requirements.
* Order supplies as needed for work.
* Carry out routine planned maintenance tasks.
* Ensure documentation of maintenance activities to GMP are adhered to.
* Be flexible and assist the engineering team in any maintenance role.
* Assist in keeping building plant rooms clean and tidy.
* Assist with hosting of sub-contractors when necessary.
* Follow safe systems of work and report hazards to management for prompt action.
* Office relocations.
* Laboratory equipment moves and assisting in setting up the equipment.
* Such other duties as required by the department's operational needs.
* Carry out other maintenance tasks such as furniture or equipment removal, snow or ice clearance works.
Qualifications
* Strong experience within the Pharmaceutical/Bio Industry
* Practical hands-on facilities experience
* 3+ Years working in a regulated environment as a carpenter
* Excellent understanding of general DIY/engineering activities
* FETAC Carpentry Qualification
