This position performs a variety of duties to establish and maintain positive customer relations and exceptional service levels with our high profile key accounts, ultimately gaining their trust and respect. The Customer Service Representative obtains accurate information to set up and maintain new and existing customer accounts and all related records. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for accurate and efficient order entry, processing and sales support for both internal and external customers. The Customer Service Representative interacts directly with other departments to monitor customer complaints, production and shipping schedules, and provides the necessary information back to the customer regarding order and/or complaint status. The Customer Service Representative must maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in ways that foster good relationships while communicating effectively and efficiently with vendors, customers, co-workers, supervisors, and as a liaison with the Senior Key Account Representative.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
· Accurate order entry and processing.
· Interact with other departments and provide support as needed.
· Communicate with customers as to status of orders, including maintaining accurate customer account information.
· Document and record all information impacting the sale.
· Enter and monitor complaints as received from customers and communicate to appropriate AFF departments.
