We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Recruitment Operations Coordinator who will support and optimize recruitment processes, ensuring smooth coordination across hiring teams in a distributed work environment.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate end-to-end recruitment operations in a fully remote environment Manage and maintain ATS data accuracy, workflows, and reporting Schedule and coordinate virtual interviews across multiple time zones Serve as the primary operations contact for recruiters, hiring managers, and remote candidates Track hiring metrics (time-to-hire, pipeline health, recruiter capacity) and prepare regular reports Ensure compliance with hiring policies, data privacy, and remote hiring regulations Partner with People Ops, HR, and Finance on remote headcount planning Document and improve remote recruitment processes, SOPs, and playbooks Support recruitment projects such as system rollouts, employer branding, and global hiring initiatives Requirements: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)2+ years working with US clients is a must2+ years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR operations, or talent acquisition support Strong experience working in remote or distributed teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a remote setting Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Experience supporting global or multi-region hiring Familiarity with remote hiring compliance and data privacy regulations Previous work in tech, startups, or fast-scaling organizations
