The role of a Duty Manager at the Ellison Hotel is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of all departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and manage staff to deliver outstanding service and maintain high standards of customer care.

* Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
* Assist with staffing planning, scheduling, and rostering to meet business needs.
* Provide training and development opportunities to staff to improve their skills and performance.
* Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations and protocols.
* Resolve customer complaints promptly and fairly.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar supervisory or management role, preferably in Food & Beverage.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
* Able to work effectively as part of a team and on your own initiative.
* Ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues.
