We are looking for an energetic, guest-focused Leisure Centre Duty Manager to lead the daily operations of our hotel's leisure club, fitness facilities, and pool area.

As our Duty Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the leisure centre operates safely, smoothly, and to the highest standard.
Your responsibilities will include: Supervising day-to-day operations of the gym and leisure reception.
Providing excellent service to hotel guests, members, and day visitors.
Ensuring all areas are clean, well-maintained, and compliant with health safety regulations.
Managing membership enquiries, sign-ups, tours and retention initiatives.
Responding to guest concerns, resolving issues and ensuring a welcoming environment.
Supporting group classes, fitness activities, and wellness events.
Handling cash and administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and shift handovers.
We'd love to hear from you if you have: Previous experience in a gym, leisure centre, or hospitality wellness environment-supervisory experience is a plus.
Strong communication, customer service, and leadership skills.
