We are seeking a talented and motivated Microsoft 365 Consultant to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimising Microsoft 365 solutions to enhance productivity, collaboration, and communication across our organisation.
About the Role Lead envisioning workshops to explore future work scenarios using Microsoft 365 technology, including Copilot and Copilot Studio.
Design, build, and transform enterprise workplaces using Microsoft 365 technology.
Collaborate with clients to understand and translate their requirements into business solutions.
Stay updated with new developments within Microsoft 365, Teams, and Copilot technologies.
Serve as a go‑to expert for Microsoft 365, Security and Compliance, Copilot, and Copilot Studio, providing knowledge on solutions, innovation, best practices, administration, and support.
Build relationships across the organisation, clients, and partners from both technical and business perspectives.
Develop your career aligned with your ambitions and goals.
Ensure timely and efficient delivery in collaboration with Project Managers.
About You Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, Information Technology, or similar.5+ years of experience in the IT industry.
Experience with the following Microsoft 365 platforms: Microsoft Enterprise Mobility & Security – Intune, Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Purview, Cloud App Security.
Exchange Online – migrations from on‑prem to Exchange Online (technical configuration of hybrid setup, mail flow).
Experience with Power Shell.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, presenting technical solutions in business‑friendly language.
Enthusiastic attitude towards developing knowledge in existing and upcoming technologies.
Strong self‑management skills, managing workload and completing tasks to time and quality standards.
Public sector experience is appreciated but not essential.
