We are seeking a highly capableSoftware Development Leadwho can operate across the full software delivery lifecycle — from user story to production — leveraging modern AI tooling to accelerate development, improve quality, and reduce time to value.This is ahands-on leadership role. The successful candidate will not only guide the team but will actively contribute to design, development, and deployment using AI-assisted workflows. The ability to effectively utilise AI tools in day-to-day development isa must. What You’ll Do:End-to-End AI-Driven Delivery (Core Requirement)Own the full development lifecycle — from interpreting user stories through to production deployment.Leverage AI tools (e.g. code generation, copilots, automated testing, prompt-driven workflows) to accelerate delivery and improve engineering productivity.Translate business requirements into working, production-ready solutions with minimal friction.Continuously identify opportunities to optimise development workflows using AI.Technical LeadershipDesign, build, and deploy scalable SaaS applications using C#, .NET, and Microsoft Azure.Lead by example through hands-on development across backend services and cloud infrastructure.Ensure high-quality, maintainable code (ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, Microservices).Own and evolve CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) for fast, reliable releases.Make key decisions on cloud architecture (Azure Functions, AKS, Cosmos DB, Azure SQL).Ensure best practices across security, performance, and scalability.Team & Delivery EnablementProvide technical guidance and mentorship to a remote team of developers.Drive a culture of rapid, iterative delivery using agile practices (Scrum/Kanban).Work closely with Product to refine user stories into deliverable technical outcomes.Remove blockers and ensure consistent, high-velocity delivery.Promote adoption of AI-assisted development practices across the team.✅What We’re Looking For:5+ years of hands-on C# .NET development (ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework).Proven experience delivering software end-to-end — from requirements to deployment.Demonstrated, practical use of AI tools in software development workflows (essential and non-negotiable).Experience with microservices, event-driven architecture, and RESTful APIs.Strong experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, ARM templates).Ability to operate both as an individual contributor and technical leader.Excellent communication skills for remote, cross-functional collaboration.Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Blazor).Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless architectures.Background in fleet management, telematics, or IoT.
