Offer description

Job Purpose
Provide administrative support into the sales team in ensuring the efficient and timely execution of all their administrative functions inclusive of championing the TCFG CRM system (HubSpot) alongside Commercial Manager for best provision for the sales team supporting the Company’s Sales Plan & growth.

Key Responsibilities

Timely and accurate production of sales information, reports, and presentations as outlined or directed
Sales CRM (HubSpot) Champion – Collaborate with marketing to ensure that the needs of the Sales team are met with the evolution of HubSpot. HubSpot governance with Sales team
Completing & supporting with key sales related paperwork. Sample requests, Accurate Gate 0’s as directed by sales team
Populating customer sales forecasts into the guidance files & chasing customers for these where directed
Supply indicative costs to the sales team, worked through the most up to date Quik-Calc. Populating into the indicative pricing tracker when confirmed by sales team to customer
Working closely with all areas of the business to proactively make suggestions to develop best in class reporting internally & externally with accurate information
Processing new accounts forms/amendments to customer details where required & directed
PSIR generation & credit check management for all new customers where required
Regular validation of data on the system supporting sales in ensuring data accuracy
Support with the data generation from Power Bi for Quarterly/Biannual reviews for Tier 1 & selected Tier 2 customers for BDM’s to present to agreed customers
Review Guidance and feedback noticeable difference to BDMs on a bi-weekly basis. Ensuring improved accuracy from the Sales team – Target 95%
Publish SLT Monthly Sales Dashboard for the HOS Quarterly
Assist in creating and maintaining Sales SOPs as directed and supported by management, ensuring alignment to the needs of the sales team
Maintain the sales team annual leave calendar in SharePoint to provide visibility on upcoming leave requests & cover
Assist in the organisation and planning of key promotional events
Feet on the ground at site to support with the remote sales team with enquiries into other departments where instructed
Support and cover where appropriate when Sales team are traveling
Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Head of Sales or Commercial Manager in ensuring that all administrative activity is captured accurately and in full

Skills / Qualifications / Experience

Experience of working in a sales office, preferably in an FMCG or B2B company for approx. three years
Experience with Power Bi
Self-Motivated with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
Ability to work on own initiative and also as part of the sales team
Confident, articulate with a keen focus on customer service
Highly organised and flexible
Excellent attention to detail, with excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Computer literate with strong skills in MS Excel. Quick at learning new systems and making proactive suggestions to improve systems to streamline working/reporting
Proven numerical ability and an understanding of pricing and margins

Note: As with all positions, due to the dynamic nature of Arrow Group business, key responsibilities will evolve and change over time. Some travel will be required. Appointment to this role is subject to the candidate’s eligibility to work in Ireland.
