Our client is a leading professional services firm with a highly regarded and fast-growing Sustainability division. This team works with global corporates, advising clients on ESG reporting, sustainability assurance, and regulatory compliance under CSRD.

• Qualified accountant (ACA or equivalent)
• Experience in external assurance/audit,
• Proven experience in sustainability or non-financial assurance engagements
• Strong understanding of CSRD, ESRS and related frameworks
• Excellent leadership, project management and communication skills
Role and Reporting Lines
Reporting to the Partner within the Sustainability team, this is a leadership role within a strategic growth area:
• Engagement Leadership – Deliver and oversee sustainability assurance projects aligned with CSRD
• Client Management – Build and manage relationships with senior finance and ESG stakeholders
• Technical Expertise – Provide guidance on CSRD and non-financial reporting standards
• Practice Development – Contribute to methodology, service delivery and team strategy
• Team Leadership – Manage, coach and develop junior team members
• Regulatory Alignment – Ensure work is aligned with ESRS and CSRD expectations
• Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with other service lines and leadership teams
