AI Productionization Oversight & EnablementPartner with product and tech leads to govern AI releasesApply EU AI Act risk assessments and classificationsEnable teams through clear checkpoints and simple AI frameworksAlign cross-functional work for compliant, on-time AI rolloutsAI Regulatory Programs & LiaisonManage compliance programs and support leadership in regulator interactionsWork with Data Protection on AI-specific requirementsKeep crisp documentation and audit trailsSteer AI ethics reviews and responsible AI practicesAI Program Operations & OptimizationMonitor what's working and streamline what isn'tSync research, development, and productionization activities across teams.Own reporting, metrics, and continuous improvementDrive timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder updatesA longer form version of the job description will be made available before interviewWhat we are looking forProven experience in managing / delivering AI Product governance, risk management, or compliance in a regulated industry (healthcare preferred, but finance, fintech, or other highly regulated sectors also relevant)Strong understanding of the EU AI Act, AI risk frameworks, bias, and ethics in AIAI Product experience with the ability to influence and align multiple stakeholders across technical, compliance, and regulatory teamsComfortable being hands-on: not just setting AI strategy but being very hands on implementing and owning AI processes directlyExposure to information security, data privacy, or regulatory complianceExperience working with AI models, data governance, and productionizing AI toolsA track record of simplifying complexity, creating lightweight AI processes that balance compliance and agilityExcellent communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse technical and non-technical teamsWhat are the benefits of working with Deciphex?
