Support Worker - Disability Services
We are seeking qualified professionals to provide daily support in residential and day service settings for individuals with disabilities.
* Level 7 Social Care qualification or equivalent experience
* Previous experience working in disability, day, or residential services
* Strong knowledge of HIQA standards and person-centred care principles
The successful candidate will assist with personal care, life-skills development, and emotional support, promoting independence, dignity, and meaningful choice. They will maintain a safe and supportive environment, ensuring household routines and supporting residents in achieving their goals.
