Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
Location: Cork / Hybrid (2-3 days onsite)
Salary: €35,000+ DOE
Contract: 3 Months Initially (Strong Potential to Extend)
Are you an experienced administrator with a flair for managing fast-paced, high-volume workloads? We're working exclusively with a leading retailer in Ireland who are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join their dynamic team on a contract basis - with a strong chance of extension.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-known brand and gain exposure across various teams and exciting projects, including product launches, awards, and trade events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Coordination & Reporting:
- Manage Excel trackers and collate key product values and information for internal stakeholders
- Maintain up-to-date data on internal systems, supporting developers and technologists with product code management
- Award Submission Support:
- Coordinate and compile award submissions and maintain trackers of winners across award bodies
- Event Support:
- Provide logistical and administrative support for product launches, trade shows, award ceremonies, and internal events
- Administrative Coordination:
- Act as a key point of contact across multiple departments for all ongoing and ad hoc admin requirements
- Support cross-functional teams with documentation, timeline tracking, and communication across projects
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years' experience in a high-volume administration role
- Advanced proficiency in Excel - comfortable handling large datasets and reporting functions
- Strong communication and organisation skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Experience supporting multiple departments or functions is a plus
