A natural networker, you will build strong relationships with current and potential clients while continuously prospecting temporary and permanent recruitment opportunities. Cold calling, meetings, and networking opportunities are key components of this role to continually build your pipeline.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

* 2-4+ years of experience working in a sales-metrics focused company where making calls and site visits were standard.
* Previous Account Management experience with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
* Goal-oriented, with strong follow-up and multi-tasking skills.
* Dedicated, innovative, and driven to succeed.
* Natural networker and active in your community.
* Work independently, stay organized, and contribute to a team setting.
* Proficient in Microsoft programs.
* Use of your own vehicle.
* Previous recruitment experience is an asset.
