Growth Regions Field Marketing Lead
for the
EMEA Growth Regions (Benelux, KSA, UAE & Nordics)

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic global marketing team on a
12-14 month maternity cover contract
, leading the execution of regional B2B marketing strategies and programmes that engage key customers, accelerate growth, and drive measurable commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute
marketing plans for Benelux, MENA (Core) & Nordics in alignment with the regional marketing strategy.
* Deliver impactful customer engagement programmes
to drive upsell, cross-sell, and pipeline growth.
* Manage external agencies
to deliver high-quality events and campaigns across multiple regions, ensuring consistency with brand and strategy.
* Partner with senior sales leaders and cross-functional teams
to align marketing priorities with business objectives.
* Execute customer marketing initiatives
, including target account marketing, large-scale events, and senior customer engagement activities.
* Leverage regional and global campaigns
, adapting them to meet local market needs and deliver measurable results.
* Ensure operational excellence
through efficient resource management, prioritisation, and performance tracking.
* Continuously innovate
by adopting AI and data-driven insights to optimise marketing impact and efficiency.
Ideal Candidate
* 10+ years
of B2B marketing experience, with a strong focus on
strategic customer or account-based marketing
.
* 5+ years
in field marketing or similar roles (events, campaigns, customer marketing).
* Proven ability to
build relationships
with senior stakeholders and collaborate effectively across multiple teams and regions.
* Strong experience in
executing high-performing, creative marketing programmes
that influence customer engagement and revenue growth.
* Data-driven mindset
with the ability to interpret insights and define success metrics.
* Skilled in
event management
(virtual and in-person) and content development.
* Strategic thinker with strong executional discipline and customer-centric approach.
* Self-motivated, agile, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Advantageous but not essential:
* Fluency in
Dutch
or familiarity with Benelux markets.
