Role Overview
We are seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to oversee multiple outlets within The Savoy Collection.
This role suits a hospitality leader with experience in luxury hotels, fine dining, or high-end restaurant groups.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations across restaurants, lounges, bars, and event spaces
Lead and support outlet managers and front-of-house teams
Maintain The Savoy Collection service standards across all venues
Work with culinary and marketing teams on menus and seasonal initiatives
Monitor budgets, control costs, and grow revenue
Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations
Manage guest relations, including VIP clientele
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of Food and Beverage management in luxury or fine dining
Experience managing multiple outlets
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of premium food, wine, and beverage service
Experience with P&L and financial reporting
Certifications such as Food Safety & Sommelier are an advantage
