Ability to being comfortable with ambiguity, and to grow in a team environment.
Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to pitch advertising solutions for all clients.

Responsibilities
Own the entire sales cycle as an experienced sales professional, guiding new business acquisition from early stages through to close, then nurturing the client relationship for an additional 6 months post-closure to ensure satisfaction, performance and upsell opportunities.
Build a pipeline of new business by proactively identifying and initiating relationships with new clients, collaborating with Sales Development, Onboarding, Agency and Marketing teams.
Secure high-touch, high-value business agreements through outbound prospecting, cold calling, consulting, educating, pitching, closing, and relationship management.
Consult with clients to achieve domestic and export online marketing and business goals, utilising the full suite of Google's marketing solutions, including YouTube, Google Search and Shopping, Google Display Network, App Promotion.
Deliver consistently against goals, while prioritising and delivering an outstanding experience to Google's advertisers within Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).
