Requirements
* QQI Level 7/8 qualification in Social Care (or equivalent) and Coru Registration
* Relevant experience in social care or disability services
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Commitment to person-centred care
* Full driving licence (desirable, not essential)
