Job Position: Bar Management Support
As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing daily bar activities alongside the senior bar manager. Your primary duties include delegating tasks to team members, providing guidance and coaching, overseeing service delivery, conducting briefings, onboarding new recruits, training the team, and participating in monthly inventory management. You will also assist with ordering supplies, implement seasonal menu changes, maintain high health and safety standards, and ensure cleanliness and organisation behind the bar.
Key skills required for this role include excellent leadership, customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as in-depth knowledge of classic cocktails. Previous experience as a bar supervisor or assistant bar manager in a fast-paced environment is essential, along with flexible availability including weekends and evenings.
