At Shades customer service is our top priority so this person must be highly motivated with an exceptional attention to detail and a vast knowledge of the food and beverage industry.Key Responsibilities:Provide attentive, knowledgeable service to guests in a fast paced environmentMaintain high standards of professionalism and cleanliness at all timesOffer recommendations on menu choice and wines pairingsWork closely with the kitchen team and bar staff to ensure a seamless serviceHandle guest feedback and complaints with grace and efficiencyRequirements:Minimum 4years experience in a similar environmentAbility to thrive under pressureExcellent communication and people skillsExperience in using an online booking platform is preferred but not essentialJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €15.50-€16.50 per hourLanguage:English (required)Work Location: In person
