Overview:

* The Learning and Development Content Creator isresponsible for identifying, designing and developing programs to enhanceindividual and organizational performance.
* The Content Creator also will act as an administrator forthe Learning Management System.

Reports To: Learning and Development Lead


Requirements

Responsibilities:

* Designing and developing training programs to enhanceindividual and organizational performance.
* Acting as an administrator for the Learning ManagementSystem.
* Assessing and prioritizing training needs in consultationwith the L&D Lead, managers, system owners, and subject matter experts,aligning with the site's strategic goals and Employee Development Plans.
* Supporting managers and individuals by providinginformation, advice, and resources to promote a high-performing organization.This includes designing and delivering customized training plans for new andexisting employees.
* Providing guidance in the design of training programs andassisting in evaluating training activities.

Skills Required:

* Expert knowledge of principles and methods for designingand delivering training material.
* Strong presentation and training evaluation skills.
* Strong proficiency in Articulate 360 Software and Excel.
* Strong project management, communication, andinterpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently with strong decision-makingskills and influence others positively.


Educational Requirements:

* Minimum degree-level qualification in Management, LifeSciences, Instructional Design or a related discipline.
