Employment Type: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Overview
Our client is seeking a Legal Executive to support a growing Real Estate practice based in Dublin. This role provides the opportunity to work alongside experienced legal professionals on a range of real estate matters involving investors, lenders, and developers both in Ireland and internationally.
The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting property transactions and legal processes, managing documentation, coordinating with external stakeholders, and assisting with administrative and operational tasks that ensure the smooth delivery of legal services.
Responsibilities

Prepare and register title documentation, including working with the Property Registration Authority systems and e-stamping processes.
Manage inbound and outbound title documentation, ensuring accurate records and correspondence are maintained.
Liaise with external stakeholders including banks, local councils, government departments, and solicitors representing vendors and purchasers.
Prepare closing documentation and assist with post-registration queries with the Property Registration Authority.
Coordinate data rooms and digital documentation platforms to support transactions.
Conduct property-related legal research when required.
Provide administrative and operational support to legal professionals and support staff.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and complete mandatory training requirements.
Assist with documentation and processes relating to complaints, claims questionnaires, and internal procedures.

Requirements
Essential Skills and Experience

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and document or case management systems.
Experience working within fast-paced professional or legal environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail when managing legal documentation.
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage a varied workload under pressure.
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
