Stepping Stones Care Ltd, was established in 2008. Our primary purpose was, initially to provide mainstream residential care services to young people who, for various reasons cannot live at home.
Our purpose has evolved over time and we now offer a broad spectrum of services to include mainstream residential care and specialised care services for young people and adults with disabilities.

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are recruiting Social Care Workers for a small residential disability service.
Duties
* Support the PIC and Team Lead to ensure that the service you provide complies with the applicable HIQA regulations.
* Sufficient professional knowledge to carry out the duties and responsibilities of the role.
* Ensure compliance with record keeping is in line with legislation and HIQA requirements.
* Work directly with individuals and completing administrative tasks relating to the day-to-day running of the house.
* Be highly organised, have excellent report writing and IT and time management skills.
* Flexibility and openness to change.
Our ideal candidate
* Relevant recognised Diploma in Social Care / Applied Social Studies in Social Care (Level 7 on National Framework of Qualifications).
* Experience supporting children/adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism.
* Experience in a HIQA regulation environment and supporting children/adults with intellectual disabilities
* Natural Leadership qualities and excellent organisational and communication skills
* Strong knowledge of HIQA Standards.
* Demonstrate evidence of continuous professional development
* Full Clean Driving Licence is required
