Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery and coordination of a major building fit-out and occupation project in Dublin. This role will focus on end-to-end project management including programme delivery, contractor coordination, stakeholder management, operational readiness, procurement, risk management and project reporting. The successful candidate will manage multiple project workstreams simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, quality standards and occupation milestones are achieved. This is a hands-on project management role requiring strong experience across project planning, vendor management, facilities delivery, office fit-out coordination and cross-functional stakeholder engagement within a fast-paced operational environment. Location: Dublin 8 Contract: 9 Month Fixed Term Contract/Hybrid Salary: €57,897 pa pro rata Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate the fit-out and occupation of a major Dublin-based facility Act as the primary client-side project manager across all phases of project delivery Coordinate contractors, consultants, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution Attend site meetings, contractor briefings and project progress reviews Monitor project timelines, milestones, risks, budgets and quality standards Manage furniture, fixtures and fittings procurement from specification through to installation Coordinate the delivery and implementation of IT infrastructure and workplace technology Oversee security systems implementation including access control, CCTV and alarm systems Requirements Proven experience in Project Management within fit-out, facilities, operations, construction, workplace delivery or capital projects environments Strong experience managing contractors, suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders and building move/workplace tranistion is essential.
