Electrical Maintenance Specialist
A skilled facilities maintenance professional is required to perform routine reactive and preventative building maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with the on-site facilities team to ensure planned tasks are complete.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work collaboratively with the facilities team to deliver a safe and quality service.
* Responsible for the operation of mechanical and electrical equipment, including UPS, CRAC, generator, BMS, Power Distribution System, Air-conditioner in Office, Fire Alarm System, Water protection system, and Drainage Systems.
* Supervise maintenance work executed by contractors to ensure compliance with HSE and statutory requirements.
* Provide first line fix and competency in terms of electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, kitchen power issues.
* Perform fabric related repairs, including handyman repairs, painting works, problems with conference rooms, interior furnishings, fixtures, and equipment.
* Conduct quality audits of furniture and equipment on a regular basis, logging all issues and ensuring actions are completed on time.
* Complete daily checks inline with the delivery of committed services.
* Work closely with contractors and vendors, conducting risk assessments and following safety protocols.
* Use the internal task system to keep track of requested facilities work and close out actions according to Service Level Agreements.
* Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers via email, task systems, social posts, and face-to-face.
* Solve problems and resolve spontaneous situations with professionalism and a service-focused approach.
* Maintain accurate records and provide reports as required.
