Job Description
The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations within a luxury hotel, ensuring exceptional customer service, elegant dining experiences, and high standards across departments.
Key responsibilities include leading daily operations, managing teams, delivering high levels of guest service, monitoring financial performance, collaborating with the Executive Chef, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
* Lead and manage the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurant, bar, room service, and events.
* Deliver consistently high levels of guest service and maintain strong customer satisfaction scores.
* Recruit, train, and manage F&B staff, ensuring team motivation and adherence to service standards.
* Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
* Collaborate with the Executive Chef and other department heads to enhance menus and service offerings.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Food & Beverage management role within a hotel or resort environment.
Strong leadership and team development skills.
Proven ability to manage budgets, cost controls, and service delivery.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Flexible and adaptable approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends.
A passion for hospitality and a guest-first mindset.
Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
