What you’ll be doing
Complete all deliveries into customers’ homes in a safe and professional manner.
Communicate effectively with the customer prior to delivery to ensure they are aware of your arrival.
Ensure furniture is delivered to the requested room and that no rubbish is left behind.
Represent The Sofa Delivery Company values and those of our brand partners in everything you do.
Work with your team and senior managers to provide feedback and continually improve the standards of service we offer.
Carry out daily inspections of allocated vehicles and equipment, informing the line manager of any defects or missing items immediately.
Comply with all driving laws as defined by the government and all company policies and procedures.
The role is for you if…
You hold a 7.5T/C1 Licence, Digi Tacho, CPC Card and a valid manual driving licence.
You’ve held a valid driver’s licence for 12 months with fewer than 6 points.
You’re ready to work as part of a supportive two‑person team.
You’re great with people and enjoy helping customers.
You’re comfortable installing and lifting heavy furniture in different home settings.
