Job Title:Solution Architect – HR Tech (Benifex & HiredScore)Location:Ireland (Remote – Europe-based candidates can apply)Client:Infosys (End client undisclosed)Contract Duration:Long-term contractDomain:ManufacturingExperience Required:10+ years total, 6–7 years relevantMode of Interview:VideoBackground Check:Post-onboarding (as per Infosys)Job Summary:We are seeking a highly experiencedSolution Architect – HR Techto lead theend-to-end solution architecturefor two strategic HR initiatives within the client's global HR transformation program.You will define, govern, and deliver architectural solutions forBenifex (EU Pay & Benefits Transparency)andHiredScore (AI-Assisted Talent Matching & Candidate Discovery), ensuring seamless integration with the client's HR ecosystem (e.g., Workday HCM, Paradox) and alignment with privacy, security, and responsible AI standards.Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end architecture design for Benifex (EU pay/benefits transparency platform) and HiredScore (AI talent matching platform).Define functional, integration, data, security, and operational architecture views.Ensure alignment and integration with Workday HCM, Paradox, Identity/SSO systems, and analytics platforms.Develop and maintain High-Level Designs (HLDs), reference architecture diagrams, and Significant Architectural Decision (SAD) logs for governance reviews.Establish integration patterns — APIs/webhooks, eventing, SFTP, and define data mappings, idempotency, and observability (logging, tracing, alerting).Embed security and privacy by design, including IAM/SSO, least privilege, encryption, and compliance with GDPR and responsible AI principles.Drive architecture governance through stage gates ; manage risks, dependencies, and assumptions.Collaborate with HR (Rewards & TA), Legal, Privacy, Security, and Data & Analytics teams .Act as the technical counterpart to vendors (Benifex, HiredScore) and ensure delivery alignment.Support operational readiness (runbooks, support model, SLIs/SLOs) and post go-live problem management.Deliverables:Approved High-Level Designs (HLD) and Reference Architecture Diagrams for both platforms.Integration Design Specifications including interfaces, mappings, and non-functionals.Security & Privacy Architecture Documents with DPIA/PIA inputs.SAD log and operational readiness artifacts (runbooks, support, SLOs/SLIs).Mandatory Skills:7+ years in Solution Architecture, including 3+ years in HR Tech (benefits, recruiting, or HRIS integrations) .Strong integration architecture experience with Workday HCM, Paradox, and Azure Integration Services (REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP, Eventing).Proven experience embedding security/privacy by design (GDPR, RBAC/ABAC, auditability).Ability to review and sign off functional & technical specifications .Strong vendor and stakeholder management across HR, IT, Security, and Privacy domains.Desired Skills:Hands-on experience with Benifex and/or HiredScore (or similar HR/AI recruiting platforms).Certifications such as TOGAF, Azure Architect (AZ-305), AI-900, or Workday Integration certification.Strong background in Manufacturing / Industrial enterprise HR systems .
