A rapidly growing contractor in the marine civil engineering sector is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team during a major expansion phase. This is a rare opportunity to step into a role with clear progression to senior leadership - including a realistic pathway to MD / CEO level within 5 years.
This specialist contractor delivers complex nearshore and marine civil engineering projects across the UK and Ireland, covering renewables, dredging, demolition, piling, and specialist diving works. With offices in both Ireland and the UK, the business is scaling fast and investing heavily in toptier project leadership.
The Role:
This position offers a 50 / 50 blend of office based planning / work winning and onsite project delivery.
Key responsibilities:
Plan, design, and prepare projects before delivery
Manage day to day site operations alongside the works manager and engineering team
Manage subcontractors, procurement, and supply chain
Liaise with clients, engineers, and key stakeholders
Report monthly KPIs (QHSE, programme, commercial) to senior management
What We’re Looking For
Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
Experience in civil engineering project management
Marine civils experience beneficial but not essential
Full UK/EU work rights
