We are seeking a skilled and motivated
ServiceNow Analyst
to support, maintain, and enhance our ServiceNow platform. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and administrators to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure the platform meets organizational needs. This is a cross-functional role requiring strong technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, Incident, Change, Problem, and Request Management.
* Gather and analyze business requirements to define functional specifications.
* Collaborate with developers to design and implement ServiceNow configurations, workflows, forms, scripts, and integrations.
* Conduct platform testing (UAT/SIT) and provide user support and training as needed.
* Maintain data integrity, perform audits, and assist in CMDB management.
* Monitor system performance and usage to identify enhancement opportunities.
* Generate reports and dashboards based on user and business needs.
* Assist in managing the ServiceNow release cycle and platform upgrades.
* Document system configurations, changes, and processes for support and training purposes.
Required Qualifications:
* 2–5 years of experience working with ServiceNow in an analyst, admin, or business systems role.
* Solid understanding of core ServiceNow modules, particularly ITSM.
* Experience with ServiceNow reporting, dashboards, and performance analytics.
* Familiarity with Agile or ITIL frameworks.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or other relevant certifications.
* Experience with additional modules such as HRSD, ITOM, or CSM.
* Exposure to scripting (JavaScript), integrations (REST/SOAP APIs), or ServiceNow App Engine.
* Experience working in large enterprise environments.
