Job Description:
This is a senior-level management position responsible for leading and motivating the front office team to deliver outstanding levels of service to guests.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all front office functions and team, including guest arrival and departure procedures, as well as managing day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate the front office team to achieve exceptional service standards
* Manage front office operations, including guest arrivals and departures
* Direct and work with managers and team members to execute all front office operations
* Develop and implement strategies to improve front office performance and efficiency
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A proven track record of leadership experience in a similar position within a 4-5* property
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Fully competent in a property management system, such as HOTSOFT
