Were looking for a Parts and Service Advisor to be the backbone of our service department.
You will be ensuring our fleet of leading machinery stays certified and ready for nationwide clients.
The role blends technical parts coordination with strong administrative support, suited to a driven and proactive individual.
In this role, you will: Service & Workflow Support Coordinate engineer schedules, handle breakdown calls, issue job cards, and allocate parts.
Maintain up-to-date machine certifications and organise regular safety inspections.
Serve as the key contact for contractors and suppliers.
Manage day-to-day service and parts administration across multiple depots.
Assist with warranty and returns processes.
Parts & Inventory Management Support engineers with technical parts queries using digital catalogues.
Oversee goods in/out and carry out routine stock checks for the warehouse and service vans.
Place parts orders via online systems, email, and phone.
Arrange parts dispatch, deliveries, and occasional local collections.
What will help you to excel in this role: Previous experience in a similar parts or service role.
Ideally in powered access, construction, or the motor trade as an advantage.
Strong IT skills, confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Experience with Kerridge or inventory systems is beneficial however not essential.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong customer-facing abilities.
Full, clean Category B licence required.
Category C would be an advantage, however not essential.
Forklift or MEWP licence is desirable, full training can be provided.
