Assistant Financial Controller FMCG Position Description An excellent opportunity to join the finance team of a large, fast growing FMCG company in Ireland. Reporting to the Financial Controller, key responsibilities will include: Financial Reporting - monthly management accounts preparation, statutory reporting tax compliance, BS management Management reporting KPI reporting, cost reviews with divisional management, variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting Ensuring strong controls in place throughout the business Team Leadership - managing and developing a team in accounting and transaction processing Strong career progression opportunities. Candidate Background Ideal candidate will have the following background Qualified Accountant with minimum four years PQE Experience at Financial Controller level within a small or medium firm Hands-on experience managing AP/Treasury/Payroll teams Ambitious, and keen to progress career in a larger, possibly more complex company environment FMCG background preferable Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills About Our Client Our client is a large, fast growing, highly successful FMCG company.
