B2B Sales Role
As a B2B Sales Representative, you will be responsible for visiting clients to promote and sell hardware and building materials. This includes identifying potential opportunities, building relationships with existing clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales outreach and engagement with builders, contractors, and local businesses.
* Promotion of the company's full range of hardware and building products.
* Maintenance and growth of client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
* Meeting and exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators.
* Providing tailored product recommendations and quotes based on client needs.
* Reporting on sales activity and market trends to management.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in B2B sales, ideally within the hardware, construction, or building materials sector.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a talent for building strong client relationships.
* Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently in the field.
* Familiarity with hardware/building supplies is highly beneficial.
* A valid driving license is required.
* Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
