Required Skills and Qualifications
You will need experience in an operations leadership or team lead role within a regulated environment. Italian language capability is also desirable. A strong understanding of risk management frameworks, compliance requirements and governance principles is essential for success in this position.
* Proven ability to manage workloads to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
* Able to lead or contribute significantly to projects/initiatives that improve services/operations & have resulted positively on business performance metrics e.g improved productivity increased revenue etc.
