Key Responsibilities
Deliver the highest level of customer service through teamwork and living our brand values.
Support the Store Management team with daily tasks and store duties.
Motivate, support, and encourage the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and hit personal targets.
Offer guidance and direction to the sales team to assist with their development and ensure KPIs are met.
Ensure strong visual standards across the store.
Assist with deliveries and organization of the stock room.
Open and close the store when senior managers are absent.
Ideal Candidate
Sharing our values, being passionate about the brand, and having experience driving KPI and sales targets within retail, as well as strong customer service skills, are essential.
A team player who supports the management team when needed and has experience managing a team on the shop floor is preferred.
