Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, customer-focused
Office Manager
to oversee the smooth and efficient running of our office operations. This is a key leadership role supporting management team, office staff and field engineers, ensuring seamless communication, organization and service delivery aligned with our mission and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support a team of office staff and field engineers to ensure smooth daily operations
* Supervise office operations, including facilities management, procurement of supplies, and vendor relationships
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers and internal departments
* Oversee scheduling of staff and resources to optimize efficiency across projects and service delivery
* Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and continuous staff development
* Ensure adherence to ISO standards, Health& Safety regulations, and internal company policies
* Collaborate with senior leadership on marketing initiatives and brand presence
* Drive process improvements and contribute to long-term strategic planning
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using in-house CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
* Support financial operations by liaising with accounts and payroll departments, ensuring timely processing and reporting
Required Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in office or operations management ( 7 years required )
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and accounting/payroll software
* Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional responsibilities
* Understanding of ISO standards and Health & Safety compliance
* Flexible, proactive, and customer-first mindset
Desirable:
Experience within the forecourt, energy, or engineering sectors
Pay & Conditions:
Excellent pay and conditions aligned to candidate experience and discussed at interview stage.
Role is full-time, Monday-Friday
