We are seeking an exceptional Senior Commercial Leader to own the commercial agenda across multiple divisions — from go-to-market strategy to closing high-value deals and growing key accounts. This individual will lead a talented commercial team, collaborate with senior leadership, and work directly with C-suite decision-makers in complex, high-value environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute end-to-end business development cycles — strategy, pipeline, conversion, and account growth.
* Shape and execute growth plans across priority sectors and service lines.
* Buildd and mentor a high-performing commercial team.
* Engage C-level clients, secure large-scale consulting and tech services contracts.
* Drive market presence through events, strategic partnerships, and industry networking.
* Monitor performance, ensuring accurate forecasting and CRM excellence.
Requirements
* 8–10 years' experience in technology consulting, enterprise sales, or commercial leadership.
* A proven track record in building pipelines and closing complex deals with major organisations.
* Skilled in engaging and influencing C-suite stakeholders.
* Strong commercial acumen, strategic vision, and hands-on execution ability.
* Experience in sectors such as public sector, utilities, financial services, manufacturing, or infrastructure.
* CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce) and a data-driven approach to sales management.
