Our client, a large Irish law firm, is seeking to hire a Listing Executive.Is your CV ready If so, and you are confident this is the role for you, make sure to apply asap.This is a client focussed position supporting new and existing clients who are seeking to list specialist bonds on the Irish Stock Exchange.This is a permanent role with a leading firm.You will be working as part of a small team and in conjunction with the wider firm.You will need to be a strong communicator with the ability to multi-task and work as a member of a team.Duties will include: Assisting with trade documents and final terms submitting and processing to Stock Exchanges and European authorities Preparation of relevant support forms and documents.Administration tasks including entering trades and data into the database, obtaining LEI & ISIN codes.Responding to queries and correspondence from clients and other internal departments of the firm.Administration of AML related tasks.For consideration for this role you will need to have: Qualification in finance, business administration or another relevant area.Strong working knowledge of MS Office to include Excel and Outlook.For consideration for this role please submit your CV to Sarah Ryan in Lex Consultancy today.
