Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a permanent, full time role in Tallaght, Dublin 24. Fully office based 40hour working week Salary €35,000 -€40,000 DOE Main duties: Conduct sales activities over the phone, in person, and through online platforms. Respond to customer queries and provide a high standard of support. Manage reservations, daily payments, customer accounts, and general administrative duties. Assist with the day-to-day running of the storage facility. Work collaboratively with the team to help implement and support marketing campaigns. Help with monthly reporting and ensure accurate data entry in the CRM system. Open and close the facility when required. Follow all company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards. Requirements: Experience in a customer-facing role. Previous experience in an office-based environment. Background in customer service, administration, hospitality, retail, or events is beneficial, though full training will be provided. Excellent phone manner and strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable dealing with clients and working closely with internal teams. A relevant college qualification.
