Regional Health & Safety Manager – Leinster Region

You'll work on high-profile contracts, drive safety culture, and enjoy strong career progression with a flexible approach to working.
In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for health and safety across multiple service lines, including catering, cleaning, technical services, front-of-house, and security. Your mission? To create a positive safety culture, ensure compliance, and lead continuous improvement in health, safety, and risk management.
What You'll Be Doing
* Champion health and safety across all sites in the Leinster region.
* Develop and review policies to keep everything aligned with current legislation.
* Provide practical advice and support to operational and management teams.
* Carry out audits, inspections, and risk assessments—and make sure actions are followed through.
* Coach site managers to raise safety awareness and performance standards.
* Investigate incidents and near misses, identify root causes, and implement preventative measures.
* Create and maintain training plans to keep staff competent and confident.
* Report on performance, progress, and safety objectives to senior management.
* Work closely with HSEQ and leadership teams to share best practices and align strategies.
What We're Looking For
* Diploma or equivalent qualification in Occupational Health & Safety.
* Solid experience in health and safety management within a multi-site or service-led environment.
* Strong knowledge of risk management, business continuity, and compliance.
* Excellent communication skills—you can influence and engage at all levels.
* Commercial awareness with great organisational and problem-solving abilities.
* Comfortable with Microsoft Office tools.
* Flexibility to travel across the Leinster region (around 80%) and occasionally work outside standard hours.
