Role Overview
We are looking for an analytical
Business Analyst
to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will gather requirements, analyse processes, and support decision-making to improve efficiency and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Gather and document business requirements
* Analyse processes and identify improvement opportunities
* Work with stakeholders to define solutions
* Translate business needs into functional specifications
* Support project delivery and testing
* Create reports, dashboards, and presentations
* Facilitate workshops and meetings
Requirements
* Degree in Business, IT, or related field
* 1–3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies
* Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Power BI
* Excellent communication in English
Nice to Have
* Experience in IT, finance, or digital transformation
* SQL / data analysis skills
* BPMN / process mapping
* Certification (IIBA, CBAP, Agile BA)
