Food and Beverage Supervisor
The role of Food and Beverage Supervisor involves overseeing the food and beverage service within a hotel.
* Leading a team of 25-30 staff members across food and beverage departments.

* Providing assistance with functions, stocktakes, and inventory management.

This position requires at least two years' experience as a Food and Beverage Supervisor in a high-volume hotel property, proficiency in HACCP protocols, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
