The Front Office Manager will play a key role in leading the Front Office team to provide exceptional service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued throughout their stay.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead by example, demonstrating excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with the Duty Managers to set selling strategies and achieve maximum occupancy
- Ensure compliance with departmental policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hospitality, preferably in a Front Office Manager role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks
- Experience with property management systems, such as Micros Fidelio Opera
