Our client is an Irish‑owned leading multi‑disciplinary consultancy whose work spans residential, education, medical, commercial & fit‑out projects, up to €500 m in value.
They expect a proactive and highly organised Bid Administrator to support tenders and bids, ensuring accurate, compelling documentation.
The role also supports marketing, operations, maintains staff CVs, case studies, promotional material, and provides operational support to senior management.
Key Responsibilities
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Strong organisational and project‑coordination skills, with the ability to meet multiple deadlines.
* Previous bid experience desirable but not essential.
* Experience within construction, engineering or professional services advantageous.
* Basic design/layout skills (e.g., Canva, InDesign) an advantage.
