We are seeking a technical leader to oversee and manage our sysadmin operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and training.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the sysadmin operations team, ensuring all tickets are assigned and tracked under SLA.
* Manage the Office 365 environment and utilize Intune for mobile device management and application deployment.
* Onboard new personnel and train the sysadmin team on IT infrastructure and systems.
* Develop best practices and ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements
* Proven experience with ITSM and managing Windows systems (client and server).
* Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and virtualized environments.
* Experience with Intune deployment, Office 365, Google Workspace, and Atlassian Suite.
