Restaurant Operations Director
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Director to lead a high-performance food service operation.
About the Role
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a seasoned professional to oversee all aspects of restaurant daily operations, including leading a team of front-of-house and service staff, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and food quality, and driving efficient operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, with experience in managing day-to-day operations, leading teams, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all aspects of restaurant daily operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and inventory control.
* Lead, motivate, and develop a team of front-of-house and service staff to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction.
* Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and food quality, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
* Liaise with culinary teams and clients to coordinate service delivery, drive efficiency, and enhance the customer experience.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar supervisory role in a hospitality environment.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills, with a focus on driving results and improving customer satisfaction.
* Understanding of contract catering or high-volume service environments is an advantage.
* Excellent customer service ethos, people management abilities, and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
